Mayumi's class was excellent - Attached is a video where she revisits all the different moves covered in her second class as well as the manner which they flow from one to another:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6v9nUb3Qdaw. We will continue to work on those elements in the next couple of weeks.
Wednesday class at the Senior Center resumes April 15. Hope to see you all there
   
CALENDAR FOR THE WEEK
NEW : TUESDAY:  April  14 & 21,  we meet at Urbanos, 1016 H Street, behind Gallo Center for the Arts for our weekly practica.
No fee, but you are encouraged to order food or drink from the menu. Come early to dine!  This is the time to practice what you learn in class. 
 
WEDNESDAY: April 15, 2015,  Tax Day, Class at  Modesto Senior Center,  211 Bodem Avenue.  Class in tango basics. 

SATURDAY: April 18,  2015 -   we continue the work of  Mayumi Fujio   at 11:00 a.m. beginner level tango,       $10 unless you were actually at the class.

All milongas in Modesto are suspended until we get a better handle on venues.

 2nd & 4th Saturdays at   Tango by the River, 128 J Street, old Sacramento.   
 
Firehouse Five Studio: 2014 9th St. TANGO BRAVO MILONGA!!   milonga hosted by Miguel Taillant:, on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday at FH5.  This is a traditional milonga and   similar to  those  experienced in Buenos Aires.  Miguel is  from Argentina,  grew up in Buenos Aires and has been dancing tango most of  his life.   It will be like having a little bit of Buenos Aires in Sacramento.   8 pm - 9 pm:  Tango lesson with Miguel Taillant,  9pm  - 12:30-01-00 am:  Milonga,  $10:00


OAKLAND
Sundays:
