Happy New Year to the Modesto Tango community. We sort of resume operation this week, and once we do we come back with a vengeance. On the first weekend, Kenny returns and has in mind doing some heavy duty work on Tango technique,

Then the Redwood Tango Ensemble presents a concert at Congregation Beth Shalom on the afternoon of January 13, 2019. The organizer of the concert series plans to make room for us to dance, but whether you dance or not, you will definitely enjoy the music by this group of very popular Bay Area musicians.

We are being offered a group rate of $15

Then on January 19, Marcelo Molina, two time champion in the Stage category of Tango USA, the US branch of the Tango World Cup in Buenos Aires, comes for a couple of workshops.

Until later, Mary
