Teaching philosophy -

  Eduardo Saucedo, from Buenos Aires, is touring Northern California. Internationally known for his love and passion of the dance, he shares that culture with the world.

   He considers tango an art form that expresses body, mind, spirit and soul. His clear communication, positive energy and joy of life motivates and inspires. His teaching is creative, fun and practical with a focus on subtle details of the technique.

    Eduardo complemented his training with studies in various dance disciplines, theater and acting. He has performed on stage, on television and international tango festivals. He is creator, director, choreographer and producer of the dinner show Tango Cafe:Una Noche Ideal, shown in Buenos Aires' historic Confiteria Ideal and other tango shows. He he teaches in his Palermo district studio.

An exciting week ahead.  Eduardo Saucedo,  master teacher and dancer from Buenos Aires, leads interesting workshops - Milonga, one of the most fun dances, and Pugliese, one of the most dramatic.  He is the person for private lessons - $100 an hour. At a milonga that evening Eduardo will D.J.; he is known to dance with everyone who was in the workshop.

It was a great weekend for dancing in Modesto.  Dancing before the Tango Del Cielo concert was fun, and a good crowd, with cast members, danced afterwards at Jacobs past midnight.  Another opportunity to dance will come when Eduardo Saucedo visits Modesto.

On Saturday, Sept. 29,  Eduardo Saucedo, master teacher and dancer from Buenos Aires, will lead Modesto workshops at 2:30 and 4 p.m.  People are signing up for private lessons.  There will be a milonga that evening.

This Friday at the Gallo Center: Tango Del Cielo with free pre-show milonga.  The pre-show milonga begins at 6 p.m.. the show itself at 7 p.m.

After the show, food and a mini post-show milonga at Jacobs Fine Dining./ 2501 McHenry Ave. Some show dancers are expected to attend. 

Saturday, Sept. 15 - After class, we take part in the studio's grand opening. Our
15-minute time slot starts at 1 p.m.

Regular class resumes Saturday at VBoogie Studio, 711 10th St. Tonight, however,  Labor Day, Jacobs will be closed; there is no practica.


Friday, Sept. 14 - Tango Del Cielo at  Gallo Center with a free pre-show milonga.

After the show, food and a mini post-show milonga at Jacobs Fine Dining. Some performers from the show are expected to attend. 

Saturday, Sept. 15 - After class, we take part in the studio's grand opening. Our
15 -minute time slot starts at 1:15 p.m.  Be there.

Saturday, Sept. 29 - Eduardo Saucedo, master teacher and dancer from Buenos Aires, will lead Modesto workshops at 2:30 and 4 p.m. maybe giving private lessons.  There will be a milonga that evening.  $30 a class, $50 for both.

USA champions Yumiko Krupenina & Ramada Salieri finished their competition in Buenos Aires.  They made it into the semifinals, an experience few competing in the Tango World Cup get.  Here some links to videos of the finals.(tango world cup 2012)
