Peter Baldridge, technician and historian, returns Saturday, Oct. 19. You will find that you can learn a lot. He will offer lessons at 11 a.m. and  12:30  If you came to one or both lessons, the cost of the following week's class is included in the fee  - $15 for one, $25 for both.

The show produced and directed by our September guest artist, Eduardo Saucedo, is this weekend. You have one more chance to buy your ticket.

 CALENDAR FOR THE WEEK

MONDAY -  Today,  Oct 14 & 21. Practica and social dancing at Jacobs, 7-9 p.m.  A good place to work on class material and socialize with fellow tangueros.  No fee, but you are encouraged to order food or drink off the menu.  Some come early to eat.

 

WEDNESDAY - Oct. 16,    Beginner class at the Senior Center, 211 Bodem. 2:30 p.m., free. 

 

SATURDAY - Oct. 19 - Class at Studio V Fitness & Pilates, Peter Baldridge teaching.  4345 Spyres, off Bangs.   11 a.m. & 12:30  Cost of one class is $15, both classes $25, includes the fee for the following Saturday class

Come in costume and get an extra $500 in chips!

Sacramento: Tango by the River, 128 J St., Old Sacramento  Eduardo Saucedo teaches in October,  Each workshop is an hour and a half, followed by an hour practica. Eduardo is a phenomenal teacher and dancer ...His focus will be on ganchos and enganches!

Firehouse 5 Dance, 2014B 9th St. Tango Technique:  Class may include warm-up, isolations, drills, floor work and cool-down! Learn great exercises to do on your own to be a better partner.  Wear comfortable shoes and clothing and get ready to work out!  7-8:15 p.m.  Cost: $40 month, $12 drop-in
