Modesto Tango Bulletin, Sept. 27, 2010

Saturday's class was another good workout on  tango basics.  A visit to the farmer's market before class is a fun way to begin the weekend.   Our new venue,  Sophia's Dance Journey, 711 10th Street, is a block from the farmer's market.

Instructor Sean Dockery will wed Saturday, Oct. 2. He invited us to his celebration milonga at 8 p.m. that evening at Finnish Hall, 1970 Chestnut St, Berkeley.  To carpool, e-mail mary.menz@sbcglobal.net  or phone 522-1571

We are negotiating for a milonga at Jacobs on Friday, Oct. 15, with Marcelo Molina from Argentina.  He danced in August's world tango championship and will perform and teach a beginners class before the milonga. Mark your calendars.
