Bulletin Feb.12, 2007

Sean and Charity finished their rotation with a focus on molinete. Roman, with his elegant styling, returns this week and reunites with his Alexander Technique workshop students. It is hoped the rest of us can benefit from those who attended. Friday Fresno hosts a milonga. Those interested in car-pooling will meet at Starbucks by the freeway (Briggsmore between Prescott & Sisk) at 6 p.m.

Also in this Bulletin

1. Where to buy tango shoes

2. The Video of the Week shows Charity Lebron dancing at Cellspace.

1. Newcomers often ask where to buy shoes. Besides local dance supply stores, The Dance Bag and The Glass Slipper, which sell good practice shoes, try Tango Festivals, such as Nora's Tango Week in San Francisco, or the Neo Tango Festival in Sacramento, where vendors come with a nice selection.
