What's New

Bulletin, September 21, 2009 -

Many have trouble finding Juline's School of Dance, 144 Woodrow. Tango classes are not in the main building but across the way - same parking lot, Studio E.
We will see Sean & Charity on Saturday.  In the meantime, the 10:00 a.m. absolute beginner class brought more new people who stayed for the 11 a.m.  class.
We hope to see increased attendance; the future of  Modesto tango depends on that. We will be back at Jacobs tonight.

MONDAY - Tonight,  Sept. 21: Social dancing and practica at Jacobs Fine Dining,  8 p.m., 2501 McHenry. A good place to practice class material. All levels encouraged.  No fee, but you're urged to buy food and/or drink.  Come early to eat.
NOTE:  No tango next Monday (Sept. 28) as Jacobs hosts a rock concert.

SATURDAY - Sept. 26,  - Classes with Sean & Charity at Juline School of Dance -  144 Woodrow (Corner of McHenry) Studio E.   11 a.m. Beginner level, noon intermediate level, 1-1:45 p.m. guided practica $12 per class.  Practica only $5. Introductory class for absolute beginners 10:15 - $5, credited toward class you decide to stay.  One time only introductory packages of nine beginner level lessons for $75 available.

SUNDAY - Sept. 27,  2-6:00 p.m. in Twain Harte, Kevin Barr hosts a little tango and BBQ party for Foothill tangueros and wants valley people on his  deck. All you need is your tango face and a sense of well being!  If you can make it let them  know so they can prepare. 24211 Tom Marshall Ct. Twain Harte, CA 95383
