Kenny returns on Saturday, March 2 for another couple of workshops. There is as yet an opening for a private lesson with him on Saturday morning before the class, so if you are interested contact me atmarymenz44@gmail.com. Last Saturday we worked on back ochos, which Kenny had dealt with the week before. The class was surprisingly well attended, considering that it was at such a different hour. Kenny worked the first class on back ochos, basic and indispensable. Toward the end of the class he went into a molinete from a back ocho. The second class focused on "La crusada de los cuarenta" a move that was very popular during the 1940s. Between the two classes there were many basics that we will continue to work on.  NOTE: Our next Saturday class, Feb. 23 - class starts at 12:30 pm. The studio owner has scheduled a photo shoot for the studio earlier that day, from 8 a.m. to noon, so the studio will not be available to us till after, so still come but at 12:30 pm.
