Kenny Bell returns to us on Saturday, October 27.  His classes are always excellent, so don't miss out on the opportunity to work with this young dynamo.  There are also openings for private lessons with him on that weekend, and if interested contact me at marymenz44@gmail.com.   Classes are at Studio V Pilates and Fitness, at 4345 Spyres, beginners at 11 am, intermediate at 12:30.  $15 for one class, $25 for both, and if you are interested in a private, $80 for the hour.      Kenny says he likes the schedule of coming to town on Friday evening before his lesson, and conducting up to three private lessons the night before, and then a couple more on Saturday before the group class,   the number of privates is limited so get in line and you will be fit into an available slot.

 One of the world's most renowned dancers, Sebastian Jimenez y Joana Gomes are coming to Sacramento for the first time.  !  arguably one of the world's best dancers with precision fast footwork, yet moving ever so gracefully with superb musicality and elegant posture. Partnering with the brilliant Joana Gomes, a beautiful dancer in her own right, together they are a feast to the eyes!  Take this opportunity to learn from them.
