COMING UP!

ARGENTINE TANGO USA
OFFICIAL USA CHAMPIONSHIP & FESTIVAL 2013
CALL FOR AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL DANCERS
to compete March 28-31, 2013, at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Hotel:
SUPER EARLY BIRD SPECIAL with 20% off for all Festival and Competition passes  till December 22! Register NOW!
ARGENTINE TANGO USA Festival and USA Championship hails social and cultural aspects of tango. The four-day event includes the only official US championship  and a festival with great tango show, live music, "milongas" and exclusive workshops directed by professional Argentine tango masters.
ARGENTINE TANGO USA Championship is a sanctioned official branch in The United States to the "Tango Buenos Aires Festival y Mundial de Baile" (Tango Buenos Aires Festival & Dance World Cup) by the Office of Festivals and Central Events of the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Buenos Aires.
Because it is official, the potential Salon and Stage winning couples will get the       official title of Argentine Tango USA Champions and will become the only USA authentic representatives to compete in Buenos Aires' main international event Tango Buenos Aires Festival & Dance World Cup, having the right and advantage of entering directly at the Semifinal round (avoiding almost 500 competing couples from around the world that are registered every year for the classifying rounds).
On the  first edition in April 2011, BrianNguyen and Yuliana Basmajyan from Los Angeles were crowned as USA Official Salon Tango Champions 2011  and sent to compete at Tango World Cup in BuenosAires where they won the 3rd place in the World Cup Finals for the first time in the American tango history!
Due to this extraordinary success and at the request of the audience, the second edition was successfully produced last Easter weekend, Yumiko Krupenina and Ramada Salieri got the Salon Tango Official Champions Title and went on to compete at the World Cup in Buenos Aires.
It is time to find a partner. Registration starts this month.
