Review of Kenny's 1st class

Review of Kenny's 2nd class

Modesto Tango Bulletin, March 20 2017

Saturday  Kenny Bell  returns for another couple of classes.  The first one, for all levels, at 11:00 am, beginners particularly encouraged to come to that one, and the second class, at a more intermediate level, at 12:30.

Coming up on Sunday, May 21, the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast at the Seasons on 945 McHenry.  Why does this matter? Well, one of our newest member, Anthony Butera, well connected to the Kiwanis has asked for a milonga in connection with the breakfast, so as we have a chance to contribute to a good cause ($10 buys our breakfast) we get to dance the rest of the morning, from 10:00 a.m. to noon.  Afternoon milongas are not that uncommon, but a morning breakfast milonga will likely break a mold, so, come one, come all and be involved in this mold-breaking.

We want to also draw your attention to the classes that Chooi Goh is teaching up in the Sonora/Columbia area.  Some of us have made a point of going in order to support their nascent tango community - The next one will be this coming Sunday, March 26.  Details below.

Until later, Mary

On Saturday  Kenny Bell  worked on nailing down the 8 count basic in the first class, and worked on patterns that included a corrida in the 2nd class.  We will continue to work on that on thiscoming Saturday.

Coming up on Sunday, May 21, the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast at the Seasons on 945 McHenry.  Why does this matter?
