It was a great weekend for dancing in Modesto. Dancing before the Tango Del Cielo concert was fun, and a good crowd, with cast members, danced afterwards at Jacobs past midnight. Another opportunity to dance will come when Eduardo Saucedo visits Modesto.
On Saturday, Sept. 29, Eduardo Saucedo, master teacher and dancer from Buenos Aires, will lead Modesto workshops at 2:30 and 4 p.m. People are signing up for private lessons. There will be a milonga that evening.

We are invited to participate in this year's International Festival. They ask a short performance on the Gallo stage, then one on an outdoor stage. More on this later.
