"That was an excellent class!" a long time tanguero said last Saturday after Peter's class.  You can catch his class for two weeks more.  Then Gato & Andrea will be  guests at our next milonga, Friday, Feb. 26 with workshops the following Saturday (See below). We again needed more women in all classes the 10:15 a.m. class for absolute beginners as well as Peter's classes.


MONDAY - Tonight, Feb. 8 & 15: Social dancing and practica at Jacobs Fine Dining,  6:30 p.m., 2501 McHenry. Practice class material. All levels encouraged. No fee, but you're urged to buy food and/or drink. Come early to eat.

SATURDAY -  Feb. 13
Classes  at Juline School of Dance, 144 Woodrow (at McHenry), Peter teaching. Introductory class for absolute beginners 10:15 - $5, credited to the 11 a.m. beginner class with Peter if you choose to stay.  Intermediates at noon, $12.    1-1:45 p.m. guided practica, Practica only $5.

12:30 p.m. : Intermediate and up: Displacements with embellishments in  line of dance. Moves and positions for entradas and sacadas. Changes of direction. Flexibility of the embrace. Combinations and sequences.
